Description
The PRODUTECH R3 project – Recovery, Resilience and Reindustrialization, is the Mobilizing Agenda of the Production Technologies Sector for Reindustrialization, and aims to induce a structural change in this cluster, enabling it to explore the significant investments that the industry will make with the green and digital transition, reducing external technological dependence, increasing the added value generated in the country, thus contributing to a profound change in the specialization of the Portuguese economy.
Led by COLEP PACKAGING, and having as key partners, among others, AIMMAP, PRODUTEH and CATIM, the consortium is made up of 45 companies Suppliers of Production Technologies, 37 companies Users of Production Technologies, from the Manufacturing Industry, 26 ENESIIs (Entities of the National Scientific and Technological System, Technological Centers, Sectoral Entities).
Thus, based on a partnership that brings together 108 companies and other entities, the project foresees the collaborative development of 85 new innovative products and services that will be demonstrated in companies in the sectors that use these technologies.
In addition, the project also foresees the development of complementary actions in the areas of education and training, internationalization, dissemination and training, inducing a structural change and the creation of a dynamic and sustainable innovation ecosystem in the area of production technologies.
The PRODUTECH R3 project - Mobilizing Agenda for the Production Technologies Sector for Reindustrialization, is funded by the European Union under the NextGeneration EU program through the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) and the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP-www.recuperarportugal-gov.pt).
