The initiative aims to strengthen the connection between academia and industry, highlighting the transformative potential of digital technologies applied to the glass sector.
The programme features contributions from Dr. Andreia Tiago (University of Aveiro), Eng. Carlos Viegas (CRISAL) and Eng. Carla Costa (Actemium Portugal), who will share their experience and insights on digital process management, decarbonisation, and the implementation of innovative solutions currently underway in this industry.
The seminar also offers an opportunity to learn how the PRODUTECH DIH project can support companies in enhancing their digital maturity. Participation is free of charge but requires mandatory registration by 26 April, through the form available at: https://forms.office.com/e/PABfQfUuVS?origin=lprLink.
Presentations will be delivered in Portuguese and are primarily intended for companies in the glass industry, although other interested participants are welcome.

This initiative is organized as part of the PRODUTECH Digital Innovation Hub, a digital innovation network for the manufacturing industry. The project aims to promote the digital transition of this industry and catalyse innovation within the ecosystem.
